These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the wh88 platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered at wh88.today. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. 3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of wh88 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. wh88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where age eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the wh88 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. wh88 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular location. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in contravention of this Agreement.
3.3 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of wh88 are not eligible to register an Account or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on the wh88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether to exploit promotional offers, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wh88 may close all such accounts, void all associated bets and transactions, and retain any bonuses or promotional credits.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wh88 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. wh88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal to the registered user and are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account, Account Balance, or any rights arising from your Account to any third party.
4.5 Know Your Customer Verification. wh88 reserves the right to require KYC verification from any Account holder at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by wh88 may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal functionality.
5.1 Accepted Methods. wh88 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard inter-bank transfers. All Account Balances are maintained exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wh88 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard transactions, though your payment service provider may apply its own charges.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers are specified on the wh88 deposit page and may be updated from time to time.
5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment instruments that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party payment sources will be returned and the associated Account suspended.
5.4 Deposit Confirmation. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment network. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance and confirmation by the receiving institution. wh88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 Currency. All wh88 transactions, including deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals, are processed exclusively in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction lifecycle.
6.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawal requests may be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the withdrawal limits and processing requirements applicable to that method. wh88 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a specified payment method to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
6.2 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of submission during standard operating hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically process within 1–3 business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional security verification is required.
6.3 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity documentation has been reviewed and approved. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional KYC review at wh88's discretion.
6.4 Wagering of Deposited Funds. wh88 requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of the deposit principal may be processed. This condition exists to prevent the Platform from being used as a payment processing intermediary.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. wh88 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payouts. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their own banking institution or mobile wallet provider in connection with incoming transfers.
7.1 General Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available by wh88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to an Account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the Bonus Balance before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may be requested. Specific rollover multiples vary by promotion and are published in the relevant bonus terms.
7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games or betting markets on the wh88 Platform contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. The eligible game list and contribution percentages for each promotion are set out in the relevant bonus terms. Wagers placed on excluded markets do not count towards wagering completion.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. wh88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets across accounts, using systematically low-risk wagering patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal exposure, or any other activity that constitutes exploitation of promotional terms.
7.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a wh88 Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a Bonus Balance with unsatisfied wagering requirements is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the wh88 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by wh88. wh88 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of an explicit acceptance confirmation from the Platform.
8.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, wh88 may delay settlement pending confirmation from the relevant governing body.
8.3 Manifest Errors. wh88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error — including pricing errors, data feed errors, and human input errors — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed and regardless of whether any winnings have been credited. wh88 will notify affected users and restore any staked funds to the relevant Account Balances.
8.4 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. wh88 is not responsible for delays in in-play price updates caused by third-party data feed providers. In-play bets confirmed prior to the occurrence of a material game event will be settled on the outcome as it stands at the time of confirmed acceptance.
8.5 PSL and Cricket Markets. Cricket betting markets on the wh88 Platform, including PSL, Test, T20 International, and bilateral series markets, are governed by the wh88 Cricket Betting Rules document, which forms part of this Agreement and is available on the relevant betting rules page of the Platform.
9.1 Random Number Generation. All virtual casino games offered on the wh88 Platform — including virtual table games, slot titles, and arcade games — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcome algorithms are independently audited for statistical fairness by third-party testing laboratories. wh88 does not interfere with game outcomes at any stage.
9.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed from professionally operated studios. Physical game events — including card shuffles, roulette wheel spins, and dice outcomes — occur in real time and are not subject to manipulation by wh88. Live studio operations are subject to independent integrity monitoring as a condition of the wh88 international gaming license.
9.3 Technical Interruptions. In the event of a technical interruption during a casino game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — wh88 will endeavour to settle any affected round on the basis of the last confirmed server state. Where settlement cannot be determined, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account Balance.
9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. All casino games on the wh88 Platform are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be varied by wh88 at any time. wh88 further reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits where risk management circumstances require.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wh88 Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:
Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all associated bets and transactions, forfeiture of the Account Balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.
11.1 Suspension by wh88. wh88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that: (a) a breach of this Agreement has occurred; (b) the Account is associated with fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity; (c) KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; or (d) the integrity of the Platform requires account restriction for risk management purposes.
11.2 Voluntary Closure. Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the wh88 support team. Prior to processing the closure request, wh88 will require completion of any pending KYC obligations and settlement of any open bets. Real Money Balances will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completion of all closure requirements.
11.3 Responsible Gaming Closure. Users who request Account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion from gambling — will have their Account closed with priority. The responsible gaming self-exclusion process is described further in Section 14 of this Agreement.
All content on the wh88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data feeds, and user interface designs — is owned by or licensed to wh88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data provided by Users in connection with their wh88 Account is governed by the wh88 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. wh88 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection standards consistent with wh88's international gaming license obligations.
14.1 Commitment. wh88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Platform users. Gambling is an entertainment activity and should not be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. wh88 actively encourages all users to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.
14.2 Deposit Limits. Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Account settings panel. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes effective.
14.3 Self-Exclusion. Any wh88 User may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is applied to the Account immediately upon request confirmation. A self-excluded user may not register a new Account during the exclusion period.
14.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. wh88 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under 21 years of age. Any Account found to be registered by or used by an underage individual will be closed immediately, all related bets voided, and any deposited funds returned in full.
15.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wh88's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
15.2 wh88 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) losses arising from third-party payment processing delays; (d) losses resulting from telecommunications or internet infrastructure failures; or (e) losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or widespread network outages.
15.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by wh88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
wh88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Users via email to the address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amended terms taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.
17.1 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable under wh88's international gaming license jurisdiction. Questions of governing law specific to your location should be assessed by qualified legal counsel in your jurisdiction.
17.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or query arising from your use of the wh88 Platform, we encourage you to contact the wh88 support team in the first instance. The majority of queries are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.
17.3 Formal Disputes. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal support channels, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established under wh88's operating license.
